I am a student at the Northwest Wine Academy dedicated to exposing my palate to countless varieties and styles of wine. I read menus and cookbooks as though they were novels, and daydream about food and wine pairings. One of my favorite pastimes is getting together with friends in the kitchen, playing with new recipes, then gathering around the table and experimenting with wine pairings.
