So, I am going to try making cold smoked, apple cider braised salmon. I am going to test it out this week and see how it goes. I have not cold smoked before, so this will be a new experience. My plan B is strawberry icecream with local Skagit Valley strawberries and dairy from Golden Glen Creamery in Bow. I may make both, we will see.

If you bring the ice cream I will make the 100 mile waffles to serve up with a dip. Just did the test run. Delish!
