I am still trying to hunt down the stout that I need. I will broaden my search tomorrow. I have their fat Scotch ale, their Ridgetop Red and their regular IPA. So we have a light, med and heavy beer so far plus the secret bonus beer. Ed is *probably* making his famous dip tomorrow but will decide when he is at the store for sure. I am thinking we need something for the Scotch ale, I will think on it tonight.

I am bringing the fixin’s and the cooking vessel for farinata. I consider it an appetizer. My friend, Abby, just considers it delicious! I will need an oven at 500 degrees. Best eaten warm with cold beer in hand. Probably a light to midweight beer.

I scored two growlers of root beer. One for Bean. The other was consumed over the weekend with my friends down the road. It is delicious and not overly sweet like A&W Root Beer or other mainstream sodas. It is very well balanced.

I am going to make Rootbeer floats with home made Stout ice cream!!! Plus something else to be determined later today. The grills will be available
