1. I created a new account but I can't log in. What is the problem?

   After you create your new account on the Food and Wine Pairing Network, you will receive an email with a verification link. You will need to click on the verification link before your account is activated. Check your spam folder if you don't see the verification email within 5 minutes after registering.

2. How do the groups on the Food and Wine Pairing Network (FWPN) work?

   There are three types of groups on the Food and Wine Pairing Network: Public, Private and Hidden.
   Public: These groups are open to the general public, anyone can read the conversations in a public group forum, see the group calendar and see the documents in a group. To add your own updates and to reply to a group you need to join the group as a member. Public groups have a Join button.
   Private: These groups are private, you can not read any of the content of a private group unless you are a member. The conversations in this group are hidden from search but others on the FPWN will see the title of your group and can request membership.
   Hidden: These groups are hidden from the general public and from the FPWN. You need to receive an invitation to a private group to even know that it exists.
